We're excited to introduce our new digital banking solution, designed to make managing your money easier and more secure. With a simple and user-friendly interface, you'll find it easier than ever to keep track of your finances. Here's just a few of the features you can look forward to!


All Your Favorites, Now Refreshed


  • A Fresh New Look: A new modern look and feel that allows you to customize your view to best fit your needs.

  • Improved Financial Management: Add notes, tags, and pictures to help further organize your transactions.

  • Enhanced Transfers: Move money between your Transcend share accounts or to accounts at other financial institutions.
    • Note: External transfers already setup will automatically transfer over to our new digital banking.

  • New Safety Features: Enjoy Credit Score, Dark Web, and Personal Information monitoring. 

  • Mobile Deposit and Bill Pay: Deposit Checks and Pay Bills from anywhere, no matter the place or time.
    • Note: Your existing bill payments will migrate over seamlessly. You won't need to re-enter any payee information. 

  • Card Management: Toggle your cards on or off, report them lost or stolen, add travel notes, and even reorder new cards.

  • E-Statements: View and download electronic statements and account notices.

  • Fast Notifications: Add real-time alerts and notifications for your accounts and transactions.
    • Note: If you've set up balance or transaction alerts, please note that you'll need to re-establish these alerts once you log in to the new platform.

Set Up 2-Step Verification


Please Note: The first time you access your accounts online or using mobile banking, you will be required to setup 2-step verification. 2-step verification is an extra security step where you will need to provide a second piece of information, like a code sent your phone number, in addition to your usual banking password. This helps make sure only you can access your account, and it keeps your financial information more secure. 

Online Banking (Web Browser)

  1. Visit www.transcendcu.com and click Login
  2. Enter your current Username and press Continue
  3. Enter your current Online and/or Mobile Banking Password and press Sign in
  4. Complete 2-Step Verification Process

Mobile Banking (Apple/Samsung/Android Devices)

  1. Download the new Transcend Credit Union app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
  2. Enter your current Online and/or Mobile Banking Username and Password
  3. Press Sign-In
  4. Complete 2-Step Verification
  5. Click Forgot if you need to retrieve your username or reset your password
* Note: After entering your Username and Password, you will be prompted to provide a PIN number. This PIN will allow you to quickly log in and out of your profile without entering your Username or Password. Depending on the device you are using, you may also select a biometric (facial recognition, fingerprint, etc.) that will automatically enter your passcode when the app is opened.

Joint Member Access

Once you have signed up for online banking and/or the mobile application, joint members will use the same username and password to access your account profile. 

You have the option to add a secondary phone number for joint members to enable 2-Step Verification using their own phone number instead of sending to the primary member's phone number. 

  1. Click on the Menu button at the top left of the screen and select your profile name at the bottom of the tab
  2. You will then click Settings > Security > 2-Step Verification
  3. Under Add Another Method, you will select Setup Voice or Text Messages and enter the joint member's phone number
  4. The joint member will then log in to the app on their device using the same credentials as the primary member
  5. Once prompted to enter a 2-Step Verification, the joint member will select Try Another Way at which point, their phone number will be provided as a 2-Step Verification option
